Our students were able to have their faces painted with "Cat in the Hat" whiskers and wear hats inspired by the classic story. We had guest readers in the school and the children had the opportunity to select a free book from a large selection available in the main hallway.

Welcome back from the winter holiday break! Ms. Hansard and I are looking forward to having all our staff and students back after the break! We missed you all! We hope your time off was restful and that you were able to spend time with those you love. As we return to school, this is a very busy time for us. Our 5th grade students are preparing for the writing assessment that will take place in February. All of our students will continue working and learning in order to be prepared for the TCAP and SAT-10 testing that takes place in late April and early May. Thank you so much for all of your support of our students and staff as we work to provide our students with a safe and loving environment focued on learning for all of our children. Go BEARS!
*IMPORTANT: Our doors open each morning at 7:25. Students are considered tardy if they arrive after 7:45. Our school day ends for Pre-K at 1:00, and all other students are dismissed at 2:45. Please try and have your child present and on time each day. We start early to give our students every opportunity to succeed!
